Tyson Foods announced that Adam Deckinger, who has worked for the company since 2018, has been named general counsel and corporate secretary.
Deckinger, who most recently served as SVP, head of law and compliance, succeeds Amy Tu. His more than 15 years of legal experience includes management of all Tyson litigation, regulatory enforcement and compliance.
Prior to joining Tyson, Deckinger worked in Boeing’s global litigation and investigations team and as an attorney in private practice.
“Adam is a proven leader and true partner to the business who has helped the company navigate through some of the most significant issues and risks we’ve faced in recent years, and I am confident that he will help to build our future as OneTyson,” said Donnie King, Tyson’s president and CEO.
CVS Health
The health solutions provider announced that Sam Khichi will join the company as executive vice president, chief policy officer and general counsel, effective Feb. 13.
Khichi has previously served at Becton Dickinson as executive vice president and general counsel for roughly five years.
He joined Becton Dickinson through the acquisition of C. R. Bard, where he served as SVP, general counsel and secretary. He also worked as the chief administrative officer, senior vice president and GC at Catalent Pharma Solutions.

Piston Group
The automotive supplier announced its appointment of Rosana Moura Garbacik as general counsel.
Garbacik comes to Piston Group with 15 years of North American and Latin American experience. She was previously corporate counsel for Yazaki North America.
Prior to Yazaki, she was lead counsel and board secretary at Sodecia North America.
"Rosana's diverse background and legal experience with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and OEMs, especially in risk mitigation and international business transactions, will be a key contributor to our continued strategic growth in North America and abroad," said Vinnie Johnson, Piston Group’s founder and chairman.
Relativity
The global legal technology company announced the appointment of Adam Weiss as chief administrative officer and chief legal officer.
Weiss has two decades of experience in the legal and technology industries, most recently serving as chief administrative officer and GC of Cornerstone OnDemand, a leader in talent experience software-as-a-service (SaaS).
In addition to overseeing the legal and data privacy functions, Weiss' responsibilities at Cornerstone during his 16-year tenure included managing human resources, internal communications, IT and business systems.

Lucas Oil Products
The oil products company announced it has named Jason Bonikowske its general counsel.
Previously, Bonikowske spent 16 years at CSM Sport and Entertainment (formerly Just Marketing), where he most recently served as general counsel and vice president.
He oversaw the legal operations, developed internal governance policies, advised executives on risk mitigation and routinely negotiated sport and entertainment agreements.
