HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform, announced the appointment of Alyssa Harvey Dawson as its chief legal officer.
Harvey Dawson joins HubSpot after serving as chief legal officer for two-plus years at Gusto, the cloud-based payroll, benefits, and human resource management software.
Before joining Gusto, Harvey Dawson held senior legal positions with Sidewalk Labs, Harman International, Netflix, and Autodesk.

Aurora
The self-driving technology company announced the promotion of Nolan Shenai from interim general counsel to general counsel.
Shenai, who has more than 15 years of experience as a practicing attorney, had served as Aurora’s interim GC since June and had worked as a deputy GC at the company starting in August 2020.
Prior to joining Aurora, Shenai held in-house leadership positions at Waymo and Jaguar Land Rover.

Enclave Markets
The fully encrypted exchange platform announced it has appointed Olta Andoni as its general counsel.
Andoni joins the Enclave Markets team after serving as the deputy general counsel of the blockchain company Ava Labs.
Prior to her tenure at Ava Labs, Andoni was the chief legal officer at Nifty, an NFT-focused social media platform.
Enclave Markets said its hiring of Andoni and a new CISO demonstrates it is “doubling down on its commitment to bringing institutional-grade fully encrypted trading platforms to the digital asset space that address the confidentiality issues present in traditional markets.”
Denodo
The data management platform announced the appointment of Stephen Welles as chief legal officer.
Welles, who has more than 25 years of legal experience, joins Denodo from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He served as senior counsel at the law firm known for advising technology, life sciences and other growth enterprises.
Before that, Welles was the senior vice president and general counsel at Oplink Communications, an optical networking equipment company with more than 3,000 employees worldwide.

The restaurant chain announced it has appointed Sarah Mussetter as chief legal officer, effective December 5.
Mussetter most recently served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel & assistant corporate secretary at Skillsoft starting last year.
From 2011 to 2021, she worked at Red Robin, most recently in the role of vice president, deputy general counsel & assistant corporate secretary.
