The smart mobility technology solutions provider announced the appointment of Jon Keyser as executive vice president and chief legal officer.
Keyser joins Verra Mobility from Honeywell International, where he served as vice president and general counsel for Honeywell's Performance Materials and Technology (PMT) business division.
Prior to Honeywell, Keyser was the assistant general counsel at Harley-Davidson, where he managed a team responsible for all commercial legal, litigation and product regulatory matters.
“Jon's experience leading legal operations for large, successful organizations will be instrumental as we continue our growth trajectory,” said David Roberts, Verra Mobility’s president and CEO.
Lockton
The insurance broker announced that Sara Romine has joined the company as its U.S. general counsel based in Kansas City.
Romine joins Lockton from AT&T, where she was an assistant vice president within the company's legal department.
She previously was a partner with the law firm Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal in Dallas.

Mattermost
The collaboration platform for technical teams announced the appointment of Nirosha Ruwan as vice president of legal.
Previously, Ruwan served as external general counsel and outside counsel for a broad array of venture-backed technology companies while an attorney at Latham & Watkins, Cleary Gottlieb and Lumos Law.
She’s also been active in the public sector, having served in the Government of Sri Lanka, as well having led international aid initiatives in South Asia in collaboration with the United Nations.

LanzaTech
The carbon capture and transformation company announced it has appointed Joseph Blasko as general counsel and corporate secretary.
Blasko previously led the global legal and compliance department at James Hardie Industries, an Irish-domiciled, NYSE/ASX-listed global building materials company.
Prior to joining James Hardie Industries, Blasko served as general counsel of Liebert Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of industrial conglomerate Emerson Electric.

Hilb Group
The insurance brokerage and advisory firm announced it has appointed Rodney Satterwhite as general counsel, a new position that expands the leadership of Hilb Group.
Prior to joining the company, Satterwhite was a partner at McGuireWoods for more than 30 years where he represented a number of large companies. Hilb Group had been one of Satterwhite’s clients.
"His knowledge and insight will be invaluable throughout Hilb Group and will offer a new perspective to our corporate strategy,” said Hilb Group CEO Ricky Spiro.
