Sabre, a software and technology company supporting the travel industry, announced Chadwick Ho will join the company next month as its executive vice president and chief legal officer.
Ho joins Sabre from The Walt Disney Company where he served as associate general counsel overseeing legal across the business operations of Disney's television networks and streaming services.
Prior to that, Ho had been the long-time general counsel of Hulu and part of its executive management team from 2007 until 2021.

TripleLift
The advertising technology company announced the elevation of Kama Ostoya to general counsel.
Ostoya first joined TripleLift in March of 2020 as deputy general counsel, and she played a key role in the integration of TripleLift into the Vista Equity portfolio.
In addition to her experience at TripleLift, Ostoya served as senior counsel at Amazon Web Services, and also worked at Latham & Watkins and Clifford Chance.

MissionSquare Retirement
The nonprofit financial services company announced it has named Katherine Schulze as senior vice president, chief legal and corporate affairs officer.
Prior to joining MissionSquare Retirement, Schulze had a 26-year career with Transamerica where she most recently held the role of senior vice president, chief ethics officer and associate general counsel.
Earlier in her career, she worked for the U.S. Department of Justice and spent four years as senior counsel for the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
“I look forward to leveraging my experience to help MissionSquare Retirement skillfully navigate the complex legal and public policy landscape that impacts retirement planning,” Schulze said.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center
The nonprofit, academic medical center announced Rosland McLeod will become its senior vice president, legal and public affairs and chief legal officer on September 6.
McLeod has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare law and most recently served as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for SCL Health in Denver, Colorado.
Prior positions include executive leadership at Biogen Idec, Novation and Triad Hospitals.
“Her experience and leadership in a variety of healthcare delivery systems will contribute greatly to our ability to continue to excel and expand our clinical care, research and teaching missions,” said Steve Davis, president & CEO of Cincinnati Children's.
CopperPoint Insurance Companies
The commercial insurance company, which has a 26-state footprint, announced Kevin Kinross will serve as its executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer effective September 12.
Kinross brings more than 20 years of experience, along with deep relationships in the industry, to the role.
He most recently served as a partner at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, where he led the Insurance Regulatory & Transaction Practice.
