Greenhouse, the hiring software company, announced the hiring of Jung-Kyu McCann as its first chief legal officer.
McCann has 25 years of legal experience working for technology companies such as Apple, Broadcom and Druva to provide legal guidance and strengthen corporate governance practices.
She most recently served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary at the software company Druva and also spent more than 15 years at Shearman & Sterling.

Bally’s
The global casino-entertainment company announced Kim Barker Lee has joined the company as executive vice president, chief legal officer.
She brings more than 25 years of legal and business experience to Bally's, including knowledge of lottery, gaming, and governmental law.
Lee most recently served as International Game Technology's (IGT) inaugural global vice president of diversity and inclusion. She had previously served as general counsel and vice president, legal and regulatory affairs for Northstar Lottery Group, a majority-owned IGT affiliate.

Earnin
The financial services company announced the hiring of David Durant as general counsel.
Durant has more than 30 years of legal experience and 20 years in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Earnin, he served as the general counsel at Yapstone and at Blackhawk Network.
Earnin also announced the appointment of Simone dos Santos as associate general counsel. She has more than 20 years of legal experience, most recently serving as assistant general counsel for fair lending in the Consumer Banking division at Bank of America.

BillionToOne
The molecular diagnostics company announced that Tom Lynch has been named general counsel and chief compliance officer.
Lynch brings more than 20 years of experience leading life science teams and serving in executive legal positions at publicly traded healthcare companies.
He most recently served as chief compliance officer for Fortive’s Advanced Healthcare Solutions platform and as chief legal officer at Nuwellis. Lynch also held senior legal and compliance positions at Boston Scientific and Novartis.

Mediavine
The ad management company announced the recent appointment of Jamie Lieberman as its senior vice president and general counsel.
Lieberman has been practicing law and consulting with small businesses in legal matters for more than18 years.
Prior to joining the company full-time, Lieberman's Hashtag Legal firm represented Mediavine and counseled on legal issues for many years.
