Grainger, the industrial supplies and equipment provider, announced it has appointed Nancy Berardinelli-Krantz as senior vice president and chief legal officer, effective Jan. 30, 2023.
Berardinelli-Krantz joins Grainger from Eaton, where she is senior vice president and deputy chief legal officer.
Prior to Eaton, Nancy served in senior leadership positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and worked for the international law firm of Jones Day.
"Nancy's broad scope of legal knowledge, ethics and compliance experience and leadership in the Army makes her an excellent fit to lead our Legal function and strengthen our values across the organization, with our customers and in our communities," said D.G. Trinity Life Sciences
The life sciences company announced that it has named Paul Lucchese as general counsel and a member of its executive operating committee.
Lucchese has experience as a GC in high-growth, technology-forward organizations including Aspect Software, Candela, Aternity and EnterpriseDB.
He also was the president of Outsourced General Counsel, a firm that provided cost-effective legal services to technology companies.

Dinara
The company providing enterprise financial services for crypto businesses announced the appointment of Yanire Martes as general counsel.
Prior to joining Dinara, Martes served as head of legal, Americas for OANDA, where she was the legal and regulatory lead for the U.S. launch of cryptocurrencies and other crypto products and trading offerings.
Earlier in her career, Martes served as Axiom Law attorney at Morgan Stanley, working with derivatives sales and trading desks, as well as Latin America clients.
Dinara also announced that Victor Guerra has been named head of compliance. He most recently worked as the chief compliance officer for PrePaid-USA.

Organon
The global women’s healthcare company announced that Kirke Weaver has been promoted to general counsel and corporate secretary effective Jan. 1, 2023.
Weaver, who was named as the interim head of the office of general counsel and corporate secretary in July 2022, brings nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to his role.
Prior to joining Organon, Weaver was a longtime member of the legal team at Merck, most recently serving as vice president in the office of general counsel.

Terran Orbital
The satellite-based solutions company announced the appointment of James Black as senior vice president and general counsel.
Prior to Terran Orbital, Black served as vice president and deputy general counsel of the North American division of UK defense company Ultra Electronics and chief legal officer at Osiris Therapeutics.
Black also served as director and corporate counsel at Northrop Grumman and vice president and deputy general counsel at aerospace and defense company Orbital ATK.
