Sotera Health, a global lab testing and sterilization provider, announced it has hired Alex Dimitrief as the company’s senior vice president and general counsel.
Dimitrief previously served in a variety of senior leadership roles at General Electric (GE), including as general counsel for several years. He also served as president and CEO of GE’s global growth organization.
Additionally, Dimitrief spent 20 years working at the Kirkland & Ellis law firm.

Albemarle
The global specialty chemicals company announced that Kristin Coleman will join the company as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary on Nov. 28.
Coleman will join Albemarle from US Foods, where she has served as executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer since 2017.
Previously, she served as senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Sears Holdings Corporation and as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Brunswick. Before moving in-house, she worked in private practice with Sidley Austin.

Tenable
The cybersecurity company announced it has named Michelle VonderHaar its chief legal officer and general counsel.
VonderHaar most recently served as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary at HP, where she led the transformation and expansion of the company’s commercial global legal affairs team.
Prior to joining HP in 2018, VonderHaar was the senior vice president, general counsel and secretary to the board of directors at Veritas Technologies. She has also previously held various legal positions at Symantec.

Sourcepass
The digital IT services firm announced it has named Victor Varga the company’s general counsel and secretary of the board.
Varga brings almost 20 years of legal experience to his new role, including most recently serving as vice president, legal at Vonage.
Prior to joining Vonage, Varga was general counsel/chief compliance officer at iCore Networks, a global technology provider.

Gogo
The broadband connectivity services provider for the business aviation market announced it has appointed Crystal Gordon as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.
Gordon joins from Bristow Group, where she served as senior vice president, general counsel, head of government affairs and corporate secretary since 2020.
Gordon also previously served as general counsel at Era Helicopters and Air Methods.
